Kidney Problems

Dear Sir/Ma'am Since last 1 Year am going through a frequent urination and urge for urination. In fact the urge for urination is more for first 30 min  after urination. But when I go to my bathroom there is no urine or there is little urine. So I visited hospital, I went through my ultra sound of Kidneys, blood and urine test, but everything is fine and normal in my test. My sugar level is normal, my kidneys are working well and also the urine routine and urine culture is normal. There is no Urine Growth found. The doctor gave me some Anti depressants durgs for 30 days and sent me home. What should I do ?

I have constant urge to urinate. I get urge to pee just minute after i Urinate. Is this normal or related to some urinary track infection. Should I immediately consult a doctor or wait a bit

Sir my grandmother is renal transplant patient (1999) she is having blood clots and blood coming in urine since past 2 days. I go through PCNL surgery of kidney stones of 21x16 mm and also 3 and 4 mm stone yesterday. Currently I am admitted in hospital and since afternoon I developed twice episodes of fever. Is it normal after surgery or should I be concern for this ? Is it some kind of sepsis which needs urgency ?
