Can I donate as a live donor ?...but in past I have gone through laparoscopic pyeloplasty for puj obstruction...m physically fine and fit...please tell me if i am eligible to proceed?

Dear doctor, Sir/Madam Pls find attached report, for routine check up gone thru full body blood and urine test. I found issues related to Creatinine and Egrf level. Kindly suggest. In Sep 2020 they were 1.1 and 90 egrf. I do not have any symptoms. Thank u

I have taken following painkillers from July 14 - July 31 2020: [Emanzen D] - 10 tablets for 5 days with Brufen [Seroace]       - 10 tablets for 5 days with Brufen [Brufen 400]  - 34 tablets for 17 days (Also 23 [Metrogyl 400] tablets + 10 [Augmentin 625] tablets) September 16 onwards: [Augmentin 625] - 15 tablets for 5 days January 17 2021 onwards: [Zifi 200] - 10 tablets January 23 onwards: [Itaspor 200] - 6 tablets On 8th February 2021, Blood test (kidney profile), Urinalysis, Urine Culture test - all were normal. Does this mean my Kidney is perfectly alright? Or does it mean little damage has already been done? After that inguinal hernia surgery was done and several painkillers and antibiotics were given.

My ferritin lavel is 480.2, what is the problem and remedy can you suggest medicine or what can I do to maintain our health.

I have low bun value but my glomurular filtration rate is normal and createnin levels are normal. Is this a matter of concern. I have attached the snapshot of the report

17 month s ago My right side kidney and all right adrenaline glands removed , due to growth of 5cm size lipoma benign one. Since it was an open surgery as well as a recent inguinal groin hernia on my left side lower abdomen was operated . I feel still heaviness and something carrying in my right side abdomen . I am not in any heavy drugs other than Finastride 5mg, and  hytrin 1mg taking for my prostrate enlargement since last 10 years. Please tell mr why this uncomfortable heaviness in my kidney removed side, even when I walk sometimes feel tiref and like panting . Thank you Sir,awaiting for your prompt kind advice .
