Kidney Problems

I was having burning sensation after urination .I did my urine culture and sensitivity test and the result was 'no growth' . Does it mean I dont have urinary tract infection ? . If not then what can be the reason for burning sensation ? I was also having joint pain with elevated ESR value of 21.

I m suffering from groin pain since April month which is radiating to my scrtom and leg when I walk prolonged.i have consulted urologist , general surgen ,and neurologist.but u know can diagnose. My acute renal pain due to calculus started in feb 2020... After that i took some analgesic (anaspas injection) and then i took some unknown herbal medicine from my village, my pain suppressed for about 2-3 months. After that it occurs almost once in a month and again my parents satisfied me by given that herbal medicine and the so called 'vaidya' guaranteed me for cure.. On 29-12-2012 I consulted Dr Ketan Vartak by video call for urine incontinence. He advised me abdomen usg and prescribed Duoflo capsules which is giving me a good relief. However I have severe acidity and hickups since then. I asked him how to treat acidity but there is no response yet. Can any expert help me ?
