Sir my grandmother is renal transplant patient (1999) she is having blood clots and blood coming in urine since past 2 days. Sir her urine culture report is saying"No microorganisms seen" and she is having burning sensation while urine. Pls guide what can b the possible issue? And is this something serious ? Can it be cured? Ps I have attached the pic for the reference.

I go through PCNL surgery of kidney stones of 21x16 mm and also 3 and 4 mm stone yesterday. Currently I am admitted in hospital and since afternoon I developed twice episodes of fever. Is it normal after surgery or should I be concern for this ? Is it some kind of sepsis which needs urgency ?

I was suffering from TB 45 yrs ago and cured So to get bcg treatment is harmful or not And secondly this procedure is conducted in opd or ot with general anesthesia. NO CANCER FOUND IS NEED OF ANY TREATMENT.
