Kidney Problems

My butt hole is burning while gong hard stool. Could you please suggest what medicine I can take it.

Paitent recovered from covid, was on aldactone which was on hold for last 2 weeks, still resulted high K+ and low urea and cretenine.

I had high uric acid(7.4) and doctor told me to take zyloric 300 for two weeks and then get the KFT done. All values in KFT are well within the range. I wanted to know if normal values could be because of allopurinol which otherwise could be higher. Does allopurinol lower levels of other KFT parameters or its only uric acid levels that are reduced by it

SIR/madem ,from last 9 month I have going through high uric acid and again and again kidney stone ,from last 9 month my uric acid was increses 3 times which in 2 attacks within one month, ,my cretanine level was under normal value but when my uric acid level increses it's also increases but stay within limit should I worry about my kidneys function. What should I do please suggest me.

My wife urine test shows epithelial cells 6.40/hpf pus cells negative and having fever also. What to do further . Please suggest .

I have done serum creatinine two months ago which is in normal range I.e. 0.9 but I have checked recently , value is 0.8. I do have a history of hypertension. Recently having lower back pain and inflammation for that taking  etoshine tab.

Recently in my Blood Test, my all kidney renal parameters were good and within range..but potassium was high as 5.5 Doc advised me KBind for 3 days.. and tht brought my levels to 5.0 I m now feeling slightly burning sensation in my foot soles and hand palms and uric acid type stiffness in feet as wel.. can I take a couple of doses of Febuxostat to relieve the symptoms? Will it have adverse effect on my elevated Potassium Level? Is there any interference and correlation?

Can Zycolcochin , Febutaz ans Atrilop F increase red blood cells and Haemoglobin. Also if someone has taken these meds how much and how  soon can the level increase

Hi , My father has albumin + + in urine and pus cells 1-2 /hpf , RBC nil and epithelial cells a few . He is currently taking following medicines - Dabiclot , TVS 20 , Vidaglo M , Gepride 2 , Rx plus Is it possible that the albumin in urine increased due to side effects of current medicine ? How much should I be concerned ? Other blood parameters cbc are normal and ESR is 28

I have pulse all over body, my potassium level is high, what needs to be done im afraid to core please help
