Symptoms:- Stiffness in diaphram Bloating Stomach a bit enlarged Vomiting specially when she takes exelyte 45 +45 No hunger.. does not eat anything - only 1 roti in 2 days.. Drinking 3 liter of water Anxiety Weakness Faint like feeling Difficult in breathing No pain but stiffness No fever Less urine Bp 105/82 Pulse 84 Developed wet cough but gets coughing 3-4 times a day for continous 2-3min REPORT:- Gall bladder is distended with anechoic lume. CBD is prominent at porta measuring 6.7mm in calibre and shows distal smooth tapering. Liver, kidney, pancreas are normal in size No evidence of hydronephrosis, no calculus in kidney Spleen is normal Urinary bladder is distended and shows anechoic contents Portal vein is normal Urine in blood Pre diabetic 6.0

Hello doctors, I have done urine test and found protein (+) in urine and Ca oxalate crystals (see) in urine. After my C section(5months back)  i have high blood pressure and urine in protein problem. I am under medication. Today i have done another uine test and for the first time my report says that Ca oxalate crystals present in urine. Does it mean i have kidney stone?? Please guide me doctor!

Hi, My father has been diagnosed with Covid and his BP is lower than usual with all his pre medications. He is following the newly prescribed covid medication as well. However, his BP seems to drop. His creatinine is 2.1 and his BP is 120-69. Please suggest if he can continue taking the meds. He also takes iron(OrofarXT) and calcium (CCM).

I get frequent urination and bladder is not getting empty while passing urine. In day time I go for urine more than 10 times and nite atleast 3 times. Is it related to urine tract infection or kidney stones ??

Dr. I am experiencing a frequent urge to urinate(almost every 10 minutes) which is unbearable and sometimes it leaks but when I go for urination the quantity is very less. My daughter's blood test reports came back, her urine creatinine level is less than 10mg/dL. I am afraid she might have some kidney issues. She has no symptoms at all. Her vitamin d3 levels also came low. Should I worry?

I am having a constant urge to pee and little comes out. This doesn't happn everytime but I am facing this from almost a month. I cannot even sleep because of that. Sometimes, I feel the urge to pee but nothing comes out and sometimes very little. In last three hours, I went in every 3 to 4 minutes.
