Kidney Problems

Here is this my sister Chest X-ray and whole abdominal USG repotrs.Please Tell me that what is my next step and which medicines are really needed.

My father facing stomachache due to two kidney stones (18mm, 11mm). Is there any chance to remove this stones by medicine or should we go for operation? Is it good time for operation in this covid condition or should we need to wait for some time ? & How much we can wait? Is there any food restrictions & what food will be good for this conditions? My father got cowaxin on 3rd april , since 15 days he has fever of range 99 to 101 with crocin, Tested antigen and RTPCR for which report came negetive.. he is having fever , he has shortness of breath (28 breaths per minutes), His RBC 2.1, WBC 14.4, CRP 217, serum creatinine 3.21, iron 24 , Hb 9.2 , Bilirubin direct is 0.6, Urine report shows no puss , nothing unusual , and he doesnt have any problem while passing urine, Is problem in kidney causing continuous fever. Shortness of breath and anemia ??

Mere right side dull flank pain hai jo ki stomach or groin msin jata hai or back main bhi pain hai mare ultrasound main left kidney main 4 mm calculs hai but mujhe pain right side hota hai

I am facing second episode of UTI in 6 months . Last time doc prescribed niftran 100 for 21 days (3 tab for 14 days and 2 tabs next 7 days). Is it ok to start those medicines again ? Also I stay at home in extreme hygienic conditions still it's come back . What te the other causes of UTI? Can anyone help
