Kidney Problems

My mother is 46 years old. She just got her regular blood test done. S creatinine 1.03 mg/dl. Urea 16.04 S uric acid 3.87 Haemoglobin 9 Esr 66 mm Blood sugar fasting 87.1 S bilirubin 0.77 Direct 0.26 SGPT 20.3 SGOT 28.6 TLC 6700 Her haemoglobin is a bit low. Are her kidneys functioning properly? Please Doctor we are worried. (She took aspirin the night before the blood test)

I have affected the acute pancreatics in last two month before that time my creatinine value is with in the limit but for followup CECT test before taken the blood test my creatinine is elevated to 3 what is reason I don't know .Kindlu support sir how to diagnose further problem.

My mother underwent surgery for Diverticulitis recently .we recently did her CT scan as she has to undergo one more surgery .CT scan report says that there is mild generalised cortical thinning in kidneys and mild stranding of adjacent perinephric fat ,suggestive of bilateral medical renal disease .please suggest as m too worried .is it anything serious as her creatinine serum level came as 0.73 .I am too worried .please advise
