Egfr is 85ml/min,urea 31mg/dl, bun14mg/dl, creatinine 1.27 mg/dl, sodium 138.6 meq/l, potassium 4.74 meq/l, chloride 96.5 meq/l , urine for microalbumin 21.3 mg/l, 24hrs urine microalbumin is 97.9mg/day, hemoglobin is 15.2gm/dl. These all are my father's report he having pedal oedema on both lower limbs. Doctor please guide me what to do next. Is this condition going to be dangerous??

Me and wife tried to have baby but she won't be able to conceive so we visited a gynocologist as she missed her period so she diagnose PCOD and asked to have ultrasound and report shows that my wife has a single kidney so it will be normal to have a baby or we have to take some precaution or medication.
