Kidney Problems

Is glomerulonephritis common or rare? Does it lead to chronic kidney disease ? Is it curable? Thanks

I'm 32 Male, from last 6 weeks Sometimes I have buring sensation in Urine, it specially happen when I eat Chicken, I'm Non Vegetarian and eats regularly, But when I ate chicken the buring sensation will be more, also noticed Im unable to control Urine much, Frequently I feel like urinate , I come back from washroom again feel same, specially it happens when I was in meeting or travelling and stop urinate for 40-60 mins after that i feel like urinate and there is dirty urine in the last with blood clour.. it will be few drops at last, It happen last month Doctor advised Norflox 400 and Citralka syrup, In one day i was fine, But on Monday I hold the urine for an hour and from that time i feel like frequently urinate and some time dirty urine with blood at last drops, I have done Kidney function and liver function test all came normal, one of my friend who is doctor advised Uritrack and Zonocin oz for 5 days. Can you please advise on this, Is it because of eating hot food like chicken

I am experiencing back pain from few months. When I went for ultrasound scan there is a cyst on lower pole of right kidney but I have pain on left side.. How to diagnose the problem as I did x ray also but there is no problem

2 month ago i was diagnosed with UTI. After taking medication i was fine but its been 11 days am suffering from high fever (102-103F). By doing urine routine test i get to know that i hv got uti again.Doctor gives me cefuroxime 500mg and paracetamol and am taking it from past 4 days but my fever is not reducing.But today doctor prescribe me ceftron 2gm injection(ceftriaxone) for 7 days as my fever was not reducing.But am so much scared of injection.can i continue cefuroxime instead of injection?my fever is now reducing.And after how many days i can recheck my urine test to know if am ok. #* In report PUSS CELL (6-8) #* EPITHELIAL CELL(15-20)

I checked my creatinine on small lab they showing 1.5 then I rechecked it on big hospital with jeffe kinetic method they showing 0.95 with normal ultrasound and normal urine with no albumin trace but I'm feeling nausea since 1 month I have ckd phobia so my que is can ultrasound report detect ckd in Early stage? Or I'm fully healthy or not pls guide and see attached reports

I am taking lefloxacin 750 mg since 32 days and doctor has advised me to take it more for 20 days . Is it safe for taking it for such a long time. My symptoms are now only frequent urination.
