There is a presence of a thin blood clot everytime I wash after passing urine (it looks like blood clots we see during periods).No other pain or symptoms. My period is supposed to begin in 10 days. Kindly help.Thanks doctor.

Blood in urine is almost never normal. There are many causes of blood in urine.
Most common at this age are infection, stones and kidney disease.
Rarely it can be due to malignancy.
