My creatinine was 1.13 I'm 99 kg boy I checked ultrasound and urine also both are normal with no albumin in urine and lab range between 0.7 to 1.4 pls tell me it is normal creatinine

I always had clear whitish urine in my life despite drinking very less water(1L a day). But all of a sudden I started feeling more thirsty and blurry vision. I am taking too much water but my urine is still dark yellow. I have done all tests CBC,KFT,LFT, Urinalysis, Ultrasound. All came normal except low level of urea and creatinine. Please tell what to do. I am worried a lot.

Looked like there was red color in urine while urination. But I don't have any pain. So, I think this was illusion. Can there be blood in urine without pain? I had kidney stones and balanitis before.

Do diabetes and hypertension cause most of the kidney diseases? I know there are other causes too but I heard that these two cause two third of all CKD.
