Kidney Problems

I'm 99 kg boy 30 year age I checked my creatinine it's shows 1.13 I'm feeling nausea since 1 month pls guid me I'm fully fit or not does my creatinine level normal

So earlier i had been mis diagnosed with kidney stones when i got an ultrasound done as i had UTI & had severe flank pain on my right side. Then my urologist to confirm their presence prescribed CT Scan which showed that i had no kidney stones, but i had Few calcific foci - likely phleboliths noted in pelvis on both sides. My concern is whether this is something I should be worried about? Because it still is painful.

My ultrasound report shows 3.4 mm of calculus in the right kidney and pelvicalycial fullness noted. I also feel a bit of pain my thigh and groin area. Is this something serious or kidney stone might cause this.
