Kidney Problems

I have attached my recent general urine repoert it show low urine chloride wat does it mean is it dangerous or to be wooried

On 15th Dec 202 0, i took CT scan and found Right Ureter: 5.9 × 3.8 mm calculus in right proximal ureter. And 2.3 mm calculus in right lower pole of right kidney and 2 mm calculus in lower pole of left kidney Again on 4th Feb 2021 i took Abdomen Scan and there is 7 × 3 mm in lower pole of right kidney and 6×4 mm in mid pole left kidney. But i don't have any symptoms now. And doctor said my ureter stone is passed away after seeing new report. Can anyone please check this and does this need surgery. Is there any chance to increase the size from 2 mm to 7 mm with in 45 days. Please suggest.

I am having a stone of 9mm in my kidney but not having any pain. What should I do and what are the food I must Stop eating.

Frequent urination problem since last couple of weeks especially during deep sleep...Unable to hold urine even for 10 seconds... Urination every 30 minutes and also too much and unbearable burning while urinating and feels and too much burning also in left side abdomen and sometimes heartburn...Also there is a small cyst type something in my left abdomen which pains a lot... Sometimes the pain is unbearable... Done Ultrasound and Urine test... Reports attached... Kindly check and lemme know whether its a serious concern or whats the issue...Please please reply in details as I am really worried and tensed...

Dear Doctors, Recently I was diagnosed with Ultrasound and report came with Right Renal calculus, I'm worried whether this is called kidney stones? Calculus measuring 8.1mm noted in lower pole. Kindly suggest.
