Kidney Problems

I am really tensed that I have prostatitis as I am facing issues of frequent urination and pain in pelvic urine routine showed no wbc however ultrasound showed floating internal echoes in urinary bladder could it be prostatitis?

My mother had left renal mass not diagnosed benign or malignant,but in scinti renagram kidney function is normal,is it necessary for going surgery? please give me sugggesion.biopsy is needed before going surgery?

Serum creatinine is 1.2. Rest all the tests are normal and within range. Anything to worry. Cholesterol is within range. Hbac1 is 5.7. Urine test is normal. BUN ratio is 14.5.

After urinating some urine on skin always gets down to undergarments, leading to foul smell. Can't always wash after urinating, what to do? Is it normal for urine to smell?

There is a mild pain in her kidney areas for last 3 days. The excretion is proper. The pain is ranging from the lower back area towards both the kidneys. She has also increased her water intake but no use. She is having a severe deficiency of vitamin D3. Her levels were 6 till last month when she was tested. She is on the medication. Apart from that, everything is good. Periods are on time. Is this any sign of any severe health issue? What's the recommendation in terms of diet and lifestyle? Should we immediately see the doctor?
