5.5 mm kidney stone in left kidney seen in usg ...pls suggest me a right diagnosis for it... I have no pain till now...ysg done as regular checkup... This stone two year past was 2.5 mm

My dad is 67 yrs, from past few days he is feeling tired and dizzy. He took up full body checkup and resulted in 2.3 with creatinine and 27.5 gfr. He is diabetic aswell now doctor has suggested to take up insulin for diabetes and strict diet for 20 days. Then recheckup. What is the complexity and after 20 days will he be normal? Wat should be done to get rid of tiredness?

I experience back pain from few months, when I went for ultrasound came to know cortical cyst measuring 10* 9 mm is seen in the lower pole of right kidney... Please advise do I need to undergo surgery for that.

I'm having lower back pain, side pain, pain around belly button, pelvic pain and penile pain. I have been tested positive for urine culture for 3 times in the span of 1 and half month, first i got staphylococcus,second acinetobacter,third psuedomonas. While i'm taking antibiotics to respective bacteria after 4 to 5 days pains are going away and when i stop antibiotics pain came back so i decided to havw one more urine culture again bacteria is present, it is happening like this. Could you please tell me the problem why i'm getting uti infection back to back by different bacterial agents and prefer me the treatment what should be done.

Did my blood test for (vitamin d, 25 hydroxy test)... Result is 12.92.I am also suffering from kidney stones.Is it ok to take vitamin d medicines ? What should be the medicine range in this condition?
