Good Afternoon Sir, Its CKD condition will this can be only diagnosed through dialysis so should we go for renal transplant. We need your help can you please suggest us which one will be better. My uncle is suffering from Kidney problem since last 2 years and now Doctors are advising us for renal transplant. Below are the latest report can you please suggest me whether it can be diagnosed by dialysis or we need to go for transplant. Thank you.

I have UTI (E.Coli) and I am advised for 10 IV (200ml) to be injected in a period in 5 days. Is it mandatory to place a cannula for these injections or I can place a new needle directly in my nerve for 5 days. Actually I am avoiding cannula. Please advise.

I have been suffering from pain in my perenium area. I have a 6mm urticle midline cyst. It started with a ecoli urine infection , 6 months ago , and after that repeated culture shows negative. My Qmax- 54ml/sec Qavg - 18ml/sec I have been on 2 months antibiotics and alpha blocker course . What should I do? Is my prostatitis due to the cyst?

I tested creatinine level last month jan 6th its 0.8 percent and yesterday taken to cardiology doctor he said take ecg and echo and done nothing happen doctor said it's normal and we came to home from night onwards feets are swelling mainly right feet what is the cause and what done to relif from it

My father had a routine check up recently where his creatinine levels are high, that is 1.3 and the normal range is till 1.1. On the basis of that calculation the eGFR is 58 which indicates mild to moderate decrease in kidney function. He does not have blood sugar. He is already taking medication for hypothyroidism and he recently started medication for cholesterol as his cholesterol levels are a bit high. Is there any way to bring down creatinine levels. Can the progress of CKD be delayed? As such he has no symptoms. Uric Acid is 7.4 which is high (normal range till 7.3) BUN is normal.

I got tested for urine culture and urine analysis but there is no bacterial growth in urine. Pus cells are 2-3 hpf. I have swelling in ankles. Please help. My serum creatinine is 1.2

From last week i am feeling probleme while urinating... There is also some itching while urinating... From last two months I am suffering from digestion problem... And there is irregular urine coming from my body... Also at the time of urinating my legs and toes are feeling pain... I drink a lot of water... How can I cure my problem?

Recently we did all blood related test and found out creatinine level for my dad is 1.4 .normal range being upto 1.0.is it a reason for worry and what can be done to bring down this value.
