Renal calculus 6.7 mm in left kidney
I am diagnosed with Renal calculus of  6.7 mm in middle calyx of left kidney and Grade 2 hydronephrosis. Should I look for surgical removal or anything reliable solution? Is it a normal size stone and can be removed by high water intake? Please suggest me. Thanks Gaurav

Since USG is the initial investigation NCCT KUB is the gold standard for renal and ureteric calculi. You better get a CT. 6.7mm on usg is subjective and may be little bit variable since hydronephrosis is there I think stone size will be slightly bigger.
