Kidney Stones
Small calculus measuring 1.5 mms in diameter with attenuation value of 217 HU is noted in the lower calyx. Calculus measuring 4.0 x 2.8 mms with an attenuation value 533 HU is noted in the mid ureter distal to the crossing of iliac vessels causing mild hydroureteronephrosis. Please help me , I don't want to go for surgery, pain in left kidney like anything
