  4. Pain on the vein. Can it be due to vein?

Pain on the vein
I am getting mild but sharp pain on touching the vein. This pain wont be there rest of the time. It is only when I touch it. Is it the problem of skin or can it be due to vein? I have fungal balanitis as well.

It might not be related to vein. Probably skin band, Balanitis as you mentioned also can cause these symptoms. Get a physical examination by urologist if there is a need for circumcision at a later date
