sir i use to run daily, 3 day before i had pain in my lower back right side during running but i keep going on and i was urging to pee, since than i am facing pain in lower back and have to force myself for urinating.

Do Urine culture and USG KUB . And consult a urologist with reports. Till then continue painkiller medication.
