Kidney Problems

I am having burning sensation after urination . Also i am feeling lower abdomen pain, fatigue and headache. I did sonography and no kidney stones were detected and also urine and culture sensitivity test shows no growth . What can be the reason ?

Hello Doctor, My father aged 70 had long penile and short bulbar utheral strictures and had chronicle UTI. Last month he underwent Urethrotomy and he's looking better now. I heard reoccurence chances are so high for long strictures, could you kindly advice what precautions we can take to prevent reoccurrence.
