Kidney Problems

Can u plz explain me this and what the dosage hs mean and what problem i have. I have a symptom of frequent urination since 3 months.

History : 17 months ago radical neproctomy on my right side , operated , due to built up lipoma and cleared. 2 Months ago Inguinal Groin Hernia on my left side lower abdomen operated , Both the surgeries were OPEN. In the near future , Thyroid Gland enlarged  on my right side scheduled to be done . For the past 10 years , I have been having my Prostrate Gland enlargement . Maintain with above mentioned medication s. Query is : is it safe to take " Zincovit " tablets for my above mentioned health issues . I have done a urine test and in the report it shows WBC is 06-08 HPF. Please help. I have pricking sensation while peeing.

I'm worried about my creatinine some small labs shows 1.5 or 1.4 then I tested in reputed hospital they show 0.95 1.05 and 1.05 with normal urine report and normal ultrasound so my que is can ultrasound detect ckd early stage or some damage? As per my reports I'm fully fit?

Hi, Iam having slightly pain while urinating, low back pain, irregular urine, I have consulted to doctor, they've done the urine, blood test,and abdomen scan, In urine report little pus cells founded, else all normal. In scan report its given this "hyperechoic bilateral renal pyramids are noted" Impression- hyperechoic renal pyramids - possible early changes of medullary nephrocalcinosis. Normal urinary bladder and thickness. I had showed reports to general physician, she said to drink plenty of water, given a painkiller and zenflox uti tablet along with molberry tablet. Still iam having little pain while urinating and low back pain. I want to know is it a serious problem? Why it happened? And how to cure? Plz help, as iam so much worried about it.

Sir I have diagnosed with kidney failure. Createnine is 10.1mg/DL PTH 80.2pg/ml Calcium 8.2 mg/DL Serum phosphorus 10.0 mg/dl My reports are attached with this question. I want to ask is there any solution other than kidney transplant. In Ayurveda??
