Kidney Problems

My ultrasound report shows 3.4 mm of calculus in the right kidney and pelvicalycial fullness noted. I also feel a bit of pain my thigh and groin area. Is this something serious or kidney stone might cause this.

I need an consultation with Dr. Samuel Raju Palli, AIG,Hyderabad. My father is a patient of Dr. Palli. From last two days he is suffering on High BP, Blood Sugar and Vomiting randomly.
