About laser surgery for kidney stones
Sir I have kidney stones in both kidneys 16mm in right kidney mid pole and 14mm and 6,7mm stones in left kidney. I have consult doctor and he suggested me that laser treatment for both kidneys in same,. Is there any risk to doing both kidneys surgery in single time? Please clear my doubt

You can get operated for both at the same time, but one after the other is always safe. As your right kidney has swelling (hydroureteronephrosis) it has to be treated first.
