I have little UTI symptoms after during urine test its Urine sugar is detected + but today when i do a blood sugar test its 125... Is i got an diabetes at the age of 24... Previously few days back on jan 11 i do a same urine test and urine culture nothing was found its a normal. But how i get a + sugar in urine... Iam feeling nervous... Because after few days iam going to join CRPF force. Iam attaching my reports.

Hi, We have got the extra prescription for high blood pressure for which we're currently using Amlong 5 mg 1-0-1 AF The nephrologist added couple more to be taken after food(informed verbally), but the prescription says before food. 1. How do we take them now? 2. The BP readings seem really low in the last few days. How do we act on this? We're unable to reach our consulting doctor. Please suggest. In my father's recent blood report Creatinine is 1.3 and therefore on the basis of that calculation eGFR is 58 which indicates mild to moderate reduction in kidney function. As such he has no symptoms. He does not have blood sugar or blood pressure. Doctor has suggested to take Tab Nefrosave 1/2 tablet daily after breakfast. Is this medicine safe? Can this be taken?
