Kidney Problems

During my master health check up, Through ultrasound I have found my right  kidney is smaller in size 8.7 cm with decreased function. But after few days I have taken another ultrasound in another hospital but both the reports came with different outputs..I am confused. Please clarify. FYR attached both ultrasound reports. Also my urine analysis random was normal, 24 hours urine protein was 37.8mg/24 hours. Albumin creatinine ratio ( ratio cannot be calculated since micro albumin level less than the lower detection limit). DMSA scan differential renal mentioned LK : 66.4% , RK: 33.6% with no distinct scarring on both kidneys.

I am having urine passage problem from last 2 weeks . Only in the morning in having painful urine passage from the afternoon I don't feel any pain or nothing .. in the morning my urine flow was low And sometimes my urine it's self not coming some thing is blocking at my Uthera opening Currently I am taking tamusolin and niftas medications and USG scan says Cystis changes and CUE says no pus cells in the urine .. still why I am facing these issues can any one help me with this And also I find red pop in Uthera opening

Any Urologist in Chandigarh/ Punjab who recommends 24 hour urine test for kidney stones? I want to take an appointment. Thanks.

As per ultrasound report "Mildly thick walled urinary bladder without residual urine" what does it mean? Is it dangerous? Curable? Also, my uric acid level is 8.2, should we take medicine? I don't hv any pain.

Urine burning and frequently going very little amount. It is happening every 2 days. I'm during more water.if I'm sitting on the floor I feel comfortable. And it takes lots of time stop burning
