I have got a lump in perineum  and from last 2 months while urinating get foamy its abnormal for me and getting weight loss, feeling weak day by day

Hi, I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and found my uric acid level was 6.4 mg/dl which gradually increased to 7.2 mg/dl so I started febuxostat with low protein diet and after 1 month the level was 4.3 mg/dl. After that I stopped medication and followed low protein diet for 2 weeks and uric acid level became 7.3 mg/dl. I don't have any symptoms now but I need suggestions on what I must do to make it low and can follow my previous lifestyle

I have 10,000 CFU coagulase negative  staphylococci grown on culture and in urine routine 3-5 WBC or in  cbc WBC =12,000 multi drug are resistant so doctor give me amikacin 750 for 10 days my infection is treated or I'm live with this infection

Hi Doctor, My urine had blood for 3 times. After that it was clear and there are no symptoms. My ultrasound was normal and urine test result are as follows. Urea test results Urea 32 Creatinine 1.7 Microalbumin test results Microalbumin: creatinine 403.85. Microalbumin :1144.82 Creatinine : 283.48 Attaching reports. Please suggest next course of action.

Last 0.8 and now getting little urine come out is it to retest serum creatinine or  it is  normal or not

My child is urinating almost 8 to 10 times within an hour in daytime. It gets reduced to 2 to 3 times at night. There are no other symptoms we have observed. Only important thing is that he can't hold the urine for long time and peeing inside his pants. Please suggest.

Can i take ciprofloxacin 500 m.g and clavum 625 m.g both at a time? My doctor priscribed me but medical shopkeeper said both tablets should not take at a time.
