Dialation done once for bulbar stricture during cystoscopy.trabulated grade 1 bladder. Taking betheran 25 mg two times and urimax in evening.what are the treatment options for long term management of this issue

Investigations- uroflometry, RGU and cystoscopy then (treatment) Visual internal urethrotomy (VIU), or urethroplasty depending on the length of stricture
