Kidney Problems

I'm worried about ckd coz family history I wear shoes 5 hr a day then this is my feet pic whenever I press it by finger my finger mark stays about half second is this swelling or not my creatinine was 0.95 and 1.05 at big hospital lab and small town lab showes 1.5 or 1.4 but ultrasound shows normal kidney with no albumin in urin pls guide me

From some past weeks i faced dull pain in right oblique i also do heavy workout in gym daily from last 3months due to which i take whey protein and creatine monohydrate supplements (3g) so i have doubt wheather the pain is done due to kidney reason or some other reason

I had taken over 50 painkillers in July 2020: Emanzen D -      10 tablets Brufen 400 -      34 tablets Seroace -           10 tablets (Also, antibiotics such as Metrogyl 400 and Augmentin 625 - 23 tablets each.) My blood test was done few days ago and kidney profile was normal. Now, if I have to take more painkillers in near future, do I need to worry that I had already taken 50+ painkillers in July?

Hi I have had frequent urination since last 1 month..all my reports are normal..urine culture routine and ultrasound of abdomen and pelvic region...still since I had symptoms I have been given lefrofox 500 antibiotics but not much of relief..and My ultrasound shows bulky uterus but my gynaec and urologist both mentioned it should not be an issue but this month I am having spotting since last 2 days but not having actual period which has never happened before so can this be connected and what should be my next steps

1. Burning sensation when urinating. 2. Cramping in the lower abdomen. 3. Urge to pee but little comes out when she go for     pee. 4.Afer urinate always feels like bladder ia not empty 5. Unable to hold pee. 6. Weird smell of urine.

Whenever I test my creatinine in small town lab it's shows 1.5 but then I check to big hospital lab it shows 0.95 or then 1.05 I also go for ultrasound it's shows normal kidneys and urine report also normal with no protein seems ...So I worried about my health what should I do? Pls tell me my kidneys are normal or not?
