Kidney Problems

I had covid two months back and I had lost my smell which I am yet to gain fully. However for the last few days I have been facing acidity and stress. However, from yesterday while eating certain foods like chicken, prawn, eggs,chole etc I feel a weird taste like ammonia.

I have been having pain in my urethra since the last 15 months. This pain comes up after I have any fluids and my bladder starts filling up. The pain radiates into the urethra and I go to the washroom when I can't bear the sharp pain. After voiding, the pain reduces till the time the bladder starts filling again. Even when my bladder is empty, there is some sensitivity in that region. Medicines don't seem to be working so far. I got a BNI done about 10 months back, post the operation, the pain was not there for a couple of days, then it resurfaced after hospital discharge. The pain has reduced my quality of life drastically. Please help me with some solution.

To find out protein in urine morning sample is must or not I mean which time should take sample of urine to find out protein in urine I mean kidney leakage protein

Burning pain during urination from last 6 months done urinalysis 3 times but negative .urine feels like stuck in urethra but cytoscopy checked no stricture.for urine pressure I have to drink lot of water .done all.test usg kub normal .pvr is 0.no obstruction found .few days back again done urine culture this time its positive with gram.negative bacteria .pain becomes intense dragging one . Now I started amikacin 500 daily iv Any pain is there dragging .. Medication which are sensitive now amikacin .gentamicin. nitrofurantin. Moxifloxacin I have started amikacin

I have small 4mm kidney crystal on the upper pole of right Kidney. How long does it take to come out of kidney and what diet i can take.

Is it necessary first morning urine for routine urine examination if yes than why need first urine if some one give sample to examination of protein in urine than which time sample requires

Asking for Male - 32 years Uric acid found 8 in routine blood checkup. No pain or other symptoms. Sometimes seen bubbles in urine so advised 24hour urine protein test. Since, this test was not available at home sample collection, we booked urine routine microscopy. It shows protein negative. Just want to check if we should still get 24 hour urine protein test done ?

I recoverd from covid in the 3rd week of April. I took fabiflu and steroid Have done complete body test and found my uric acid is 7.4 and sgpt is 90 and sgot 54 Can  uric acid cause butning sensation in feet sole area but mostly fingers. Sometimes I get weird sensation while walking in the feet's finger. Please help

My father feeling chest pain that's why we go cardiologist surgeon he give some medicine and take consult with nephrologist today we consult the same with report of urea-65, creatinine-3.70 and usg report here I attached it dr give some medicine. Kindly advice is it curable by medicine and what type of food my father can take daily basis.Please advice I am afraid about this.
