Regarding Uric acid
My uric acid is 7.2 , I m having regular workout (moderate ) taking 2 times oats & 4 bananas per days and normal food, once in 15 days or week chicken. Previously used whey protein.. Should I quit Oats, Dal and Bnana ? Should I add egg in my food inorder to complete protein intake..?
