Hello sir dilutes urine affect the result of protein in urine and if some one is drink 3-4 ltr water per day because I have 7 urine test in which one test is +1 protein and other is negative and all other reports are normal like kft and kub

Dear doctor, My ceretinine is 1.36 and EGFR is 48, although I don't any issues w.r.t. health. This came in normal check up reports. 3 months back Creatinine was 0.7. Using stamlo 5mg 2 daily morning now,  earlier was using 1. Anything to worry, how should it be taken care. Thanks in Advance

My mother was diagnosed with kidney stone in the year 2019 but since no pain existed, no medication was suggested. Since May 21,she is experiencing some joint/bone pains in her arms and hence yesterday i.e. on 24/06/2021,our family doctor prescribed tablet AFDCAL-500 mg.She took half of the tablet today before lunch.however,she is saying that since evening ,her urine is not the regular one in colour.it's neither completely red or brown.the urine is reddish/brownish in colour accompanied with no pain nowhere. Before taking the tablet,the urine colour was absolutely normal. Also,in the evening ,she has taken the remaining half of the dose of that tablet. Doctor,I request you to kindly advise me- 1.If this is a serious issue or it is related to AFDCAL-500 Mg tablet intake? 2.Should she continue to take the tablet tomorrow? 3.Is this colour of urine related to something else? P.s.: Our family doctor is on leave tomorrow and hence we won't be able to consult anyone till Saturday

My father diabetic 49 using dynaper as pain killer and anitibotics  for small facture fbs 170 and post 190 Now creatinine is 1.7 In Ultrasound abodmen obersvations are Bilateral chronice renal parenchymal grade 1/2 Prevoid 204ml Post void 200 ml Is this emergency..what is next step hve too doo?

In Epidemitist how should I take Doxycycline 100mg capsule, hetrazon 100mg tablet and B complex. As doctors prescription is not clear. Thankyou in advance.

Hi doctor ,I doctor I am a breast feeding mom of a 3 month .I have been observing symptoms of urine infection since few days .I have back pain ,leg pain ,smell in urine (no burning sensation while passing urine or fever). Is there anything I can do ? Also can I take normal cranberry juice instead if I dont find the non sweetened one??

Please check the report let me know. My mother's reports are from today ! KFT and Ultrasound Her complaint is abdomen bloated and right side a bit swollen uneasy .

Actually I had urine analysis nd in that I had Protein in my urine 10mg/do with Leukocytes esterase +ve too,I have Smell in my urine too! I know I have infection in my urine, but it's quite few days m taking niftran but still I have the smell,can you help ?
