Kidney Problems

I am noticing foamy Urine for last 5-6 months. I consulted physician and done urine normal and culture tests which came normal. I had covid 9 months back, recovered at home with vitamins and Azithromycin tablets and since then in general I do not feel as healthy as I used to. Went for full health checkup in March, was low on Vit B and D and took supplements.

Hello after 3-4 hour of taking meal or dinner when go for urination urine show foam and normal it's not show any foam

How to know that this foamy urine due to protein in urine and how to diagnose urine have protein sir can you explain it.
