Hello, 3.5mm calculus in right kidney (usg)with pain one side. Drinking 4-5litres water. Any medicine for renal stone?

For short bulbar stricture for first time at 25 years of age which is better oiu or cold knife urethrotomy.

Sir I am diagnosed with stricture. Is X ray normal short stricture..?? Should I go for oiu.doctor suggested for urethroplasty but family member are telling not to do since it is big operation and my age also less..what should I do..

My sodium level in blood is 134...is it cause of concern..i enclosed the Kidney Function Test report...I have no symptoms...i am just doing my regular blood check up...

I have a strange problem. Whenever I drink water, I feel the urge to urinate within half an hour or so. I feel like water going straight to bladder and not sure if body is absorbing any water. Moreover bladder doesn't become empty after urination. I need to go 2 or 3 times to empty fully. Then I feel thirsty again and drink water again. This bothers me more in the night before going to bed and also when the weather is a bit cold. Will this frequent urination damage my kidneys? I have been facing this issue since long. Consulted urologist, few tests done. Found mild prostate enlargement (BPH). but other than that no other red flags. Used medicines but not much helpful. What could be the possible reason for this problem? Do I need to go for any further tests to find out what is causing it?

My mother has fever and feeling pain while urinating . Her Urine routine test readings are : Pus cells -10-15 RBCs - plenty Albumin - present Bacteria - Absent Pls guide.

Can fsgs disease be cured with medicines? Can this disease be reversed? Immunofluorescence: if core reveal 5 glomeruli Albumin: negative IgG: negative IgA: negative IgM:negative C3:non specific trapping in few glomeruli C1q: negative Kappa and lambda: negative in glomeruli. No light chain restriction seen in tabular casts overall features are of hypertensive nephrosclerosis with fsgs lesion(possibly secondry) and mildly chronic tubulo in phritis.

Drinking to 2 to 3 litres of water per day leads to frequent urination. UTI test normal. Every hour , I am going for urine. Pee colour pale yellow to yellow.
