I'm diagnosed with swelling in kidney and blood infection. The WBC count in blood is very high. Which doctor should I consult with?

I had a Urine Culture and Routine Test done 10 days ago. My pus cells at that time were 3-4/HPF. The culture showed Klebsiella Pneumonae >10^5/ml growth. I took the antibiotics as prescribed by my doctor till 3rd July and have been feeling normal for more than a week now. However, I did another Urine Routine test today to check if everything is normal and the Pus Cell count is higher than before at 15-20/HPF. Can you please suggest.

There are Two Simple Cyst in Right Kidney and one Cyst in Left Kidney.. is there is anything to worry about this? Also there is hyperechoic kidney renal parenchyma mentioned in ultrasound... Please advise what to do?

Also he says that he passes urine in night 2 hours once . He is non diabetic . He took second dose of  Vaccine about 20 days back

During my sleep sometime i urinate on bed . That time i feel like i am urinating in my dream and suddenly i feel , i am urinating in real .This happens once in a month . And daily before sleep like 1-2 hr before i drink 500 ml of water everyday but not everyday i urinate . I have kidney stone .7mm in size .
