What does echogenic mass in kidney means...... can it be treated with medicines. I am very worried. Pls suggest.

He is patient of ADPKD, Hypertension, Pnemoima, sugar, Left Hand Neuroprexiya. He found Covid postive on 11/5/21 and negative on 28/5/21. Now from last 5 days he is having pain in left head nerve and having pain in the both kidneys and also pain in left side of throat what can be its causes. Is it safe to take linagliptin and glimepiride for kidney patients Plz help me
