Pain after stent removal

Hello doctor good evening. This is sandeep here.. I am experiencing back pain just underneath the left kidneys or left buttock..is that common after stent removal .. Stent was removed on 18th of august and I took antibiotics also but still there is a pain in left buttock... should I need to take any antibiotics again to reduce the pain or not required? please reply. Thanks
