Kidney Problems

My doctor suggested me to take ciplox 500 with pantoprazole before food but after taking that I'm having gastric problem because of that I'm unable to take food properly and also having chest pain. In fact sometimes I got fever. What should I do now? Should I stop to take ciplox 500 or is there any other option?

I am facing issue while passing urine. Need to put lot of pressure while passing urine . It's like hold pass , hold pass .. what could be the reason. I drink 4 to 5 litres of water every day.
