Kidney Problems

Few days back I took my first dose of vaccine, after that I got heavy fever and was admitted to hospital due to severe stomach pain. Now I'm getting back pains, feel pain when lying on my back. Can also see some bulging on my left side on the back. Not sure is it blood cloth or some infection or kidney stone

I was sitting for a while and when I got up, I experienced almost severe glans pain as if someone is pressing it from urethra. It lasted for about a minute. In the next minute, it became mild and stopped. Its not there now. I don't have urine related problems/pain. Should I worry? (I have passed kidney stone before and had balanitis, 2 months ago)
