Kidney Problems

I am 23 years old  have been through online consultation i tell him about everything that i am facing pain at strt of urination when urine yellow come i feel more pain than watery urine .. As i have no infection in urine, no stone, all reports normal .. i had doubt so i go for psa test that was also normal .. Doctor said u have prostaitis as it will not come in any report .. so Should i take velfu tablet at night which is alpha adrengnic... Help me or tell me test that confirm prostaitis .. this medicine has side effects also so i want to confirm before taking so please help me..

Every night i suffer with pain in day time i dont feel any pain. I had ultrasound and ct scan too. Little swelling in kidney. I took uribid also but pain is still same. This pain is from last 4 years

I feel like to urinate everytime even after i have just come from peeing . I did urine culture test which showed me UTI and I had taken antibiotic like Niftas too but it didn't helped. What should I do next . I am attaching my test result and doctor prescription too . Please kindly reply this time. My symptom is that I always , like every second feel like to go for urination . I am irritated now . Please help.

I just got a health check done today and found most of them fine...But in kidney function test I found blood urea test value to be 16, normal value is from 17-43, and blood urea nitrogen value is 7.5,normal value being 7.92-20.05...Please suggest what needs to be done for this?
