Kidney Problems

I am suffering from recurrent urination as well as three to four times mucus in stool. No fever, no burning sensation during urination. I was diagnosed with BPH and on urimax d regularly for more than 6 months. Problem is increasing day by day.

RT lower ureteric calculus with RT sided tiny renal concretion found yesterday after ultrasound, what treatment is recommended to him?

Pain at start of urination and nothing else prostate normal in usg, urine culture and urine routine normal but in cbc my lymphocytes are 54percent and i go for montoux test it is positive with 22×22 after 48 hours is there any linked with painful urination .. according to report i have tb but i have no symptoms of tb what to do should i for IGRA test for tb?? I have got positive urine culture with gram negative bacilli and few drugs sensitive are nitrofurantin ,amikacin ,moxifloxin gentamicin ,as it's a long uti so I had ciprofloxacin for about month and my wbc are around 4800 so kindly suggest me best dosage of above antibiotic and can I have amikacin shots together with antibiotic and for how long as iam dealing with burning micrturition and pain ful ekaculation from last 4 months pls suggest me best dosage so that I get relief asap pls any experience doc as iam.in pain plsss

I've got my KFT and blood sugar fasting recently. Uric acid is 2.30 mg/dL. A:G ratio is 2.18. Potassium is 5.23 mEq/L. Chloride is 106 mEq/L. Sodium is 140. Glucose fasting is 95 mg/dL. Kindly advice.

In general full body checkup we found my husband has high uric acid level with value 8 and phosphorus is 4.6. Just want to check if these numbers are worrisome and we should start on medicines. His age is 33. Height 5'8 and weight 79kg. Sometimes due to drinking less water he gets burning sensation in urine. This happens once or twice in a month. Urine colour is also dark yellowish. Please suggest what should be done.

Getting pain in lower abdomen and pain in passing urine, both symptoms are appears frequently from 3 days. After passing urine there was still pain for some time ...
