My father is 65yrs old and had a PSA level 9.0 (Aug 21). His PSA level was 2.3 in July 2019. Recent, USG shows prostatomegaly (34cc volume, normal in shape & echotexture) with enlarged median lobe bulging (7.3 mm) at the bladder base, pre-void ~ 280cc and post-void ~ 40cc. Currently, he has no symptoms like urinary retention, pain etc.
Please advice what does this indicate? Thanks.
