Sir , my PSA test value is 23.8 and my prostate gland size is about 50 . is high level of PSA test mean prostate cancer ?? Or is normal when the PROSTATE is inlarge , my reports are inclosed ,sir please suggest me about chances of prostate cancer

PSA of 23.8 is high. Was the test done when uretral cathter was in place?
