Kidney Problems

My father has diagnosed with  kidney stones of 11 mm in left kidney and 4mm in ureator.so i want to know surgery is necessary or not. If yes which type of surgery should we go for coz my father has suger bp cholesterol  tabs going on.please help.

I wanted to show my KFT, is it normal? Please advise if anything needs to be done or further evaluated?

Hello, daytime no pain while urinating. In night, wen awake from sleep, feels like bladder is full wit pain and get  heavy pain while urinating. Happening from a week during night. Wat may be the reason?

I'm 33 yrs had some urine retention in my abdominal scan... After urinating again I need to think urinate.... No irritation. Had my C-section last year.... Dr told to take blood n urine test all normal... Urea and creatine normal... No sugar... No pressure.. No thyroid... All tested now my CT abdomen normal.... Only problem very very low vitamin d... Dr told my problem is urine coming path may be shrieked little.... Not a problem... For relaxing muscle will b give DYNAPRES 0.4tablet for one month Bcoz in uroflowmeter test all normal only flow speed little less.. Told to do kegel exercise....is that k... Plz suggest

Kidney normal in shape n size. Blood normal.. Urine normal... Urea... Creatine normal.... In blood vitamin d very low... So doctor told no problem in kidney... Because of weakness,muscles are reduced... So relax muscles he gave DYNAPRES 0.4 tablet...Is that k....

Out of these please help that which one is more better and effective Percatheter or av graft for dialysis!?

My Father is liver syrosis patient it was diagnosed in 2011 he went throught a binding operation as fluid was filling in his stomach. his stomach is again bulging now we wet to a Tata Moters hospital and doctors did OGD and said its just gas. Now suddenly he had high fever 4 days ago and with that he got cold, at first it was suspected as covid 19 but later after test he is not positive, body temp went don in one day only but he has heavy coughing, His blood oxygen is 99. But when he lays down on bed he starts coughing heavily and when he sits up its ok, He has not slept in last 2 days bcoz of this he is very anamic. plz suggest what to do.

Hi Doc, My mother has to undergo cataract surgery so in Pre-op urine report her urine has high pus cells. She got medication for it. After her medication course of a week she again had her urine lab done but again her pus cells are high with high epithelial cells this time. Is it something very serious? Attached are her 2 urine reports before and after her medication. The one marked with pen is the first report and the one with no pen mark is the latest report.

My wife is suffering from burning urination. The problem comes in a while and sometime it goes without treatment and last time by using alkasol. The same problem has started from last night again. One thing I need to add is the problem is not with urination but whenever she feels it she feels it urgently along with need to pass stool also. But she does not have pain anywhere. Kindly advice the medication and line of treatment.
