Burning sensation when I urinate and constant urge to urinate. What medicine to take to stop THIS UTI?

I have over active bladder symptoms since long time like frequent urination and also offensive odor in pee. And also most of time my pee colour is watery color and there is no difficulty and pain or burning like feeling during pee or after pee discharge. Sometimes there is sensation for pee immediately after pee discharge but it go ½ or 1 hour. I think this problem cause me due to large intake of fluid because I used to drink 6-7 liter of water sometime ago and from that day this problem occurs. One thing I noticed that when I engulf a glass of water then frequency of pee increase but in case of when I take water sip by sip then it reduces. Kindly suggest if(available) any home remedies . Or any medication to recover from this problem.

I get infection (urti or uti) after every 2 months and have to take antibiotic. Can it lead to kidney or liver damage eventually.

My brother had been feeling problem of hypertension vomiting loss of appetite from 15 days. The pressure was 180/129. There was no swelling in any part of the body. He was just admitted in hospital . Where his diagonosed creatinine value 21.2 and urea 233 . Patient previously had no diabates history and no hypertension history. He was totally fit. There was no complication. But everything has happened with in just 15 days. He has recently taken covid 19 vaccination before admission of hospital being unaware about his kidney disease. Now dialysis has done once . My question is that this condition indicates kidney failure. But is it cronic or a acute kidney failure? There was no history of kidney related disease or diabetes and hypertension. He is just 21 years old. This sudden fall of kidney what indicates? Acute or chronic?

When I pee, my urine stream comes out at an angle and wets my thighs always. Should I take any tests?

Sir I am experiencing some changes in my urine for the past two months. As I had an accident on February 2021 and was under medication with many antibiotics for about 2 months and now from half of April I am experiencing a smell and colour change in urine when i urinate first time every morning and also when i experience a low dehydration. But after drinking plenty of water the issue becomes almost solved. Also facing urge to urinate all the time. Because of this urge I can't even sleep well. I am not experiencing any abdominal pain or anything. Only issue is facing urge all the time and smell and colour change. I had also tried some home remedies and checked drinking plenty of water also. But condition is getting worse. Due to covid situations can't consult a doctor. Can you please suggest some remedies.

I want to know about RO for alkaline water is it safe for use everyday ?? I heard alkaline water is not good for health ?

In my KFT.. potassium came as 5.5. Is it more tham normal ? Kindly suggest if anything needs to be taken care
