Frequent urination

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Im 27 years of old and i think that i go for urination bit frequent then others, if i take even half a glass or less than half of water before sleep,im always required to go to washroom, if i resists, pressure increases more. Same thing happens when i leave home for any work within 30 mins I'll feel like to urinate. Given i dont have diabetes or bp. It is norm al if not what can be the treatment, im ready for online paid consulation.
