Kidney Stone treatment
I recently took a CT scan and report says "left renal calculus measuring 7.7*5mm". From last 1 day I'm passing less urine and sometimes i feel like to pass but not passing urine actually. I don't have any pain or fever. How can i treat this condition? Do i need to go hospital or can this be treated at home?

What should we do, is this anything to worry ?
Urine routine/microscopy report normal.
3-4 wbc/hpf in report.
