USG - Multiple Calculi
I have done USG whole abdomen. Both Kidneys are of normal size shape and position. Cortical echo texture in normal Cortico-medullary differentiation is present. Multiple calculi measuring 4-7 mm are noted in the right kidney. B/L pelvi-caliceal system are not dilated. Both uterus are not dilated.
What should I do, should I have to undergo an operation?
