Prostate : normal in size (Volume 20 cc)
Urinary bladder well distended. Wall thickening noted measuring 3.6 mm. No evidence of calculi. Prevoid- 522CC postvoid - 200CC ( significant). Prostate normal in size and echotexture, volume 20CC. No free fluid in abdomen. Is this serious?

Get a uroflowmetry done. You might also need a urodynamic study. You are not emptying your bladder completely. Need to evaluate the cause.
