Kidney Problems

My mother is having facial swelling and heaviness on left eye . She is taking medicine from last one month almost but because of extra urination from medicine she is feeling weak . Last time BP was 150/70 . She is diabetic also . Sometimes Swelling decreases but it's not going completely . And it increases after taking a nap . She has not taken vaccine yet . And now she is feeling weakness so we should wait or can take vaccine . Please 🙏 give your best advice .

The pain started around 21st and have 2-3 occurance s till then when I had to wake up early as felt pressure to urinate and post urination felt pain in my back Please provide your suggestions how to get rid of this pain and the inconvenience during sleep Thanks

Sir i am dialysis patient but my problems is ascites please tell me what should I do for this problem I have tried everything and urinary is fully stopped what to do and I can apply or register kidney in two different state

From 2 weeks I feel some times burning sensation while urinate , feel cold , tiered . Urine RE & culture report showing normal but KFT report not good calcium high10.4 mg/dL, low phosphorus 2.15mg/dl, low potassium 3.47 mEq/L, high chloride 110.3 mEq/L and other substance showing normal. Is it showing kidney problem?

Hello sir my problem is after eating something when I go for urinate for example I have done my lunch and after than when I urge to urinate and I go for that than my urine become foamy foamy urien time is especially morning and when I have eat something and after that another wise it's look no foamy and report is kft normal and kub normal and urinalysis is normal except one time it's show 30mg/Dl protein after that all test come with negative

I did my ultrasound scan and the report is borderline varicocele. What is the grade of this varicocele and surgery is required for it?
