Kidney Problems

Having discomfort while urinating since yesterday. Frequent urge to urinate, even just after urinating, urine colour is normal. Discomfort in lower abdomen and tight feeling like holding something tightly in lower abdomen while urinating. Taking more water but not going. Please suggest something to cure.

I am having pain at left side lower back when pressed from last 5 days, applied move/volini still no imp.
