Kidney Problems

I am having lower abdominal pain, backache, weaking legs. My menstrual cycle is regular, completed a week ago. I get these pains during period also but it used to subside after period. This month I am experiencing it a lot. I am not able to sleep properly, do my work properly. I am taking meftal spasm tab twice daily but no results. I was diagnosed with UTI IN FEB 2020. I am afriad if it is sign of recurring UTI though I don't have other signs related to urination like pain while peeing, fever etc. I have attached  CBC AND URINE report which I have done recently .

Sir i have done test kft two parameters is low and high sir plz tell me one thing to worrry for me

I recently took a CT scan and report says "left renal calculus measuring 7.7*5mm". From last 1 day I'm passing less urine and sometimes i feel like to pass but not passing urine actually. I don't have any pain or fever. How can i treat this condition? Do i need to go hospital or can this be treated at home?

Uric acid is 8 Phosphorus 4.6 No symptoms. All other kft parameters are within normal limit. Creatinine - 0.9 What should we do, is this anything to worry ? Urine routine/microscopy report normal. 3-4 wbc/hpf in report. Please suggest. Age - 33 Male

Suddenly from last night i am getting low urine flow and i am not getting urge to pee.Before last night i was 100%okay.what happened suddenly?Doctor said it is anxiety and prescribed me alfoo.

My father sodium level is low. Vomiting and drawsiness is there. After test found sodium is passing through urine. Which specialist to consult. Sodium level-126.
