Helo Doctor especially nephrologist I am suffering from foamy urine but test come negative I have done 3 time kft and 2 time kub and around 20 time routine urine examination and one ACR FOR SPOT URINE CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHATS IS THE CAUSES

My uria and uric acid both are more than the range My uric acid is 6.20 and it should be 6 .kindly suggest me what to eat and what to eat and any other precautions

Dilation done for bulbar stricture during cystoscopy. Tabulated bladder grade 1with slightly higher bladder neck. Taking urotone and urimax since last few months.slight improvement. How long symptoms can be managed with these medication. Any other option.

Hello Doctor, Am currently under ivf FET treatment.waiting for embryo transfer in this cycle.Now have been diagnosed with kidney stone of 5mm at VUJ.Whether stone can come out of its own at this stage?I have not been facing any pain now or vomitting.My cycle for embryo transfer have been postponed several times due to hormonal factors so far.whether this kidney stone will cause issue during this ivf cycle? Is it possible to proceed with this or only after clearing the stone? What are the implications?Am really worried now because of this.

I have been experiencing a weird smell from my armpits, urine as well as stool. It is nt frequent in urine and stool but it is more frequently recognisable from armpits. What should i do ?

My daughter is age 4 have Multi cystitis dysplastic kidney condition in one right kidney! Few days before we have observed she has problem in legs alignment so we get checks x-ray and blood test and in result we have found deficiencies in Vitamin D and Calcium (Vitamin D ,25 Hydro is 9.79 and Calcium is 5.7) also alkaline ph is 1048 which is very high. I need to know whether this related to her kidney condition ? If yes please suggest us what we should do further. How to improve Vitamin D and calcium deficiency and if any medication is required does it have some adverse effect on the healthy kidney? Please let us know how to balance the Vitamin D and calcium and to protect the healthy kidney.

I need to urinate frequently sometimes even 10 min after I urinated and urgently bcoz I am unable to control.I drink less water at night still I have to wake up urgently 2-3 times. I pass urine slowly and have to apply force to empty completely, often quantity is also too less. This problem has been occuring for almost 6 months and today morning I felt a sharp pain in my left iliac region while urinating. I had done cbc, blood sugar and urine routine microscopy 2 months back and they were normal. Please advice.
