Hello sir I share a photo with you it's happened with me when I pee into pot and when I go for urine test one time it's show protein 30mg/Dl and after that it's come negative and one time it show trace again come negative when I hydrated well than it's come negative what's is the reason behind this I have done Microalbuminuria test also which come also negative

My 24 hr microalbumin is 6.9mg/ 24 hr . I know this is normal range. But I have read that kidneys do not filter protein. So why is there albumin in my urine. I have been having slight foamy urine. For which I went to more than 2 urologist. Everything is normal from urine to ultrasound kub to kft. So why is there albumin in urine. Im confused and overthinking things. I have dipsticks which also show trace protein. Please help.😔

सर मै पिछले कुछ साल से प्रोस्टेट एनलार्जमैंट की समस्या से परेशान हूॅ। कुछ साल पहले मेरा ऐक्सीङेन्ट हुआ था जिसमे मुझे गंभीर चोटें आयी थी मल्टीपल फीमर फ्रैक्चर था और षल्मोनरी हेमरेज हुआ था। करीब 24 दिन मै वैन्टीलेटर पर रहा था। बाद मे मेरे पैर के 5 ऑपरेशन हुऐ। ये सारा प्रोसेस कई साल तक चला। इसी दौरान ही प्रोस्टेट एनलार्जमैंट की प्रोब्लम हुई होगी पर षल्मोनरी और फीमर फ्रैक्चर की दवा चलने की वजह से मुझे प्रोस्टेट प्रोब्लम महसूस नही हुई। और ये समस्या गंभीर हो गयी तब मुझे ये महसूस हुई। अब मुझे थोडी थोडी देर मे टोइलेट जाना पडता है। यूरिन भी बहुत धीरे धीरे पास होता है पत्नि के साथ संबन्ध बनाने की कोशिश करता हूँ तो इरेक्शन भी कम होता है और मेरे डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद भी मेरा स्पर्म लिंग से बहुत देर बाद निकलता है और बहुत धीरे धीरे निकलता है। सर बहुत परेशान हो गया हूॅ। क्रप्या मुझे प्रोस्टेट एनलार्जमैंट बिमारी की उचित दवा देकर मेरी सहायता कीजिये।
