Hemoglobin 9.9 . Sodium 139 mmol/Land Potassium 4.60 mmol/L Please give suggestions. Please reply as soon as possible.

Before covid my creatinine was 0.6 . After covid in May it became 0.9 but in July now it's 1.1. Should I be concerned. Though it is mentioned that creatinine till 1.4 is ok for men but should I be worried with the rapid increase. What home remedies should I take for it ?

When ever I start urinating and the main stream passes, residual urine comes out very slowly and sometimes it  takes about 20-30 min to finish, I had my ultrasound few months ago and report was normal.

My doctor suggested me to take ciplox 500 with pantoprazole before food but after taking that I'm having gastric problem because of that I'm unable to take food properly and also having chest pain. In fact sometimes I got fever. What should I do now? Should I stop to take ciplox 500 or is there any other option?

I am facing issue while passing urine. Need to put lot of pressure while passing urine . It's like hold pass , hold pass .. what could be the reason. I drink 4 to 5 litres of water every day.
