Kidney Problems

Hello sir from last one month I noticed that my foot is swelled on both foot and it's on particular on both legs not feel any pain not swelling on ankle and it's mild when pushing by finger than not pit don't know why ? While I checked my kft and ultrasound of whole abdomen and everything is fair nothing else I took ciplar 20 mg tablet

Pain at back side particularly at kidney position from past 3 days using pain killer still pain not control. Is anyone help me with online.

Hello, From past one month I see foam in the urine, mainly in the early mornings and as soon as I get hydrated, there is no foam, I eat meat ( chicken) on regular weekly thrice, I am diagnosed with hypertension from 2 years. So I went and did urine analysis and serum creatine those were normal. I weight 97kg, kindly suggest what can I do?

I had prostatitis last year. Which was covered through antibiotics. But I noticed sometimes(once in a week) I feel stomach rumbling/ cramps after going to the urination after getting up from the bed in the morning. Is it something to worry?

Good morning Dr My mother aged 85 years old is showing symptoms of UTI, like bad smelling urine, burning sensation while urination at night.. getting up for urination twice or thrice at night..She had an infectious around 45 days ago and after doing culture was diagnosed with E coli infection above a kac count.the most sensitive drugs were nitrofurantoin and Fosfomycin..As she is allergic to Nitrofurantoin and as she develops severe diarrhoea with Fosfomycin she was prescribed the moderately sensitive gentamicin injection twice a day for five days along with Evalon cream for external application for two weeks, Cranbe capsules twice a day along with Econorm thrice a day and Citralka thrice a day for two weeks.. She is a diabetic and is on medicines for the same  she's also on Ecospirin .She has this problem of recurrent UTI.for many years.Has been on Neeri two tablets twice a day for the past year.Hysterctomy done 7 years ago,is there any permanent solution to this problem.kindly advice
