Kidney Problems

Hi , My creatitine level is 1.38 i am not feeling sick and not having other issue. Is it a normal range.

1. I frequently face the problem of urine infection. It is painful while urinating and without. Why this happen again and again. How this can be cure at home when it is unbearable. 2. My Anti TPO test result is >1300. what does ot mean? Is it serious?

Hello from 3 days I was going to urinate once in 2 hrs and it started paining near urinary bladder I did urine analysis it shows epithelial and pus cells I gave first morning urine and yesterday I took citralaka syrup and pan d tablet

Hi, Frequently I am getting left side stomach moderate stomach pain , had to visit hospital after initial scan tests they confirmed I have on stone around 12 MM in size left kidney at inter pole. Previous had 5 mm lo on both kidneys but passed normally They are saying without surgery it will not pass though pls suggest

4mm calculus in the left vesicoureteric junction mild left hydroureteronephrosis. 2mm microlith in the interpolar region of left kidney. Does this require a surgery?

Dear Doctor, kindly interpret my urinary route as attached my pus cell 2 - 4/HPF epithelial cell 2 -4 /HPF is above value normal or shall i go for urine culture again, 5 days back i completed antibiotics for E. Coli in urine. Nitrofurantoin 100 mg 15 days BD, Levofloxacin 500 mg 10 days OD. now no burning or frequent urination, thanks

My wife has 4.2 mm and 2.8 mm stone in both kidney and she is taking treatment ( barberis vulgeris , urimax and some ayurvedic medicine like Neeri tablets ) she was having urine infection too for that she has taken tame D and another tablet ...but today suddenly after drinking planty of water almost 3ltr in day..she has little pain near lower abdominal and she dark yellow urine only one time ? Is it due to stone is getting out from body or some checkup required ? Or any serious issue

Raised urine frequency. poor urine outflow (11ml/s) perineal(saddle pain ) . All this since 11 months urine routine- normal urine culture - E coli took cipro and iv mero for that and after antibiotics culture was sterile. usg- altered echotexture of prostate. (PVR 35ML) Cystoscopy- sphincter spasm, swelled prostate, trabeculated bladder. urodynamics. borderline high bladder pressure, bladder outlet obstruction. tried all salts of alpha blockers tried mirabegron, darifenacin , solifenacin , tolterodine but no relief. tried baclofen for spasm but no relief in flow I am a  mbbs graduate please guide me with this.
